The Upland Hills Health Foundation recently announced the appointment of Peter Boland and Caleb White to its Board of Directors. Both individuals bring exceptional professional experience, deep community roots, and a shared commitment to advancing the mission of Upland Hills Health.
Caleb White

Caleb White joins the Foundation Board with more than two decades of leadership experience at Southwest Wisconsin Technical College, where he currently serves as Interim President/Vice President for Administrative Services. His long tenure has provided deep institutional knowledge and a proven record of aligning resources to support student success and strengthen the college’s mission across the region.
A Certified Public Accountant, White holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. His financial and operational expertise, paired with his reputation for integrity, fairness, and steady leadership, make him a trusted voice during times of transition.
A Dodgeville native, White continues to reside in the community with his family.
Peter Boland

Peter Boland is a lifelong resident of the Mount Horeb area with strong agricultural roots, having been raised on a rural dairy farm. His dedication to leadership and community service was recognized nationally when he earned the American FFA Degree, the highest honor awarded by the National FFA Organization. Fewer than half of one percent of FFA members achieve this distinction.
Peter attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and the University of Wisconsin-Madison before beginning his career at MHTC,
where he celebrated 30 years of service in May 2025. He currently serves as Director of Operations, overseeing wireline field operations, construction, central office functions, plant maintenance, planning, capital and asset projects, network development, and fiber deployment. He also contributes to strategic initiatives focused on customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, while managing operational budgets and influencing capital planning.
Family and service remain central to Peter’s life. He and his wife, Jacqueline, have been married for 26 years and are the proud parents of Josh (23) and Clara (21).
Reflecting on his appointment, Boland shared, “I am honored to have been chosen as a member of the Upland Hills Health Foundation Board. I am excited to learn more and how my background, point of view, and experiences can be used to help further the Foundation’s initiatives. I truly hope my addition proves to be useful and my contributions valuable.”
Leadership Perspective
Angela Turpin, Foundation Director, expressed enthusiasm about the new appointments.

I am confident their insight and leadership will help us continue to grow, innovate, and support the health and well-being of those we serve.”
The Upland Hills Health Foundation remains committed to advancing healthcare initiatives, supporting innovation, and ensuring access to high-quality care for the communities it serves.
