The Iowa County Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) Nutrition Program has received generous support from the United Fund of Iowa County (UFIC) to help strengthen its Home Delivered Meals service for older adults and individuals with disabilities throughout the county. The funding will assist the ADRC in continuing to provide nutritious, reliable meals to homebound residents-many of whom depend on this program as their primary source of daily nutrition. “We are so grateful for the partnership and the community’s commitment to caring for our older neighbors.” said, Julia Harman, ADRC Nutrition Coordinator. The Home Delivered Meals program serves residents across Iowa County, offering both nourishment and essential wellness checks from volunteers. Donations like United Fund of Iowa County play a critical role in keeping these services strong and accessible.
