The Villas at Fox Pointe opens in Dodgeville, bringing 54 new affordable housing units to the community

A grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony happened Monday morning in Dodgeville for The Villas at Fox Pointe. The Villas offer affordable housing options offering two, three and four-bedroom plans and they are currently leasing and accepting applications.

These brand-new, affordable housing units all come with in-unit washer and dryers, fully equipped kitchens, window coverings, central air conditioning, storage units, an on-site fitness center, a community room, computer room, and is pet friendly.

Monday’s ribbon-cutting had several representatives who made this 54-apartment complex a reality from WHEDA, the developers, project managers, tax advisors, and the city of Dodgeville. For more information on The Villas at Fox Pointe, check out their website at: foxpointedodgeville.com.
