Dear Editor,
When I say We, I mean America, let me add I was a “C-student”. 1718 we enacted our first Native American Treaty. Soon after we Treatied the Native Americans west from new York and Florida. In the 1800’s we treatied them west again to Oklahoma and points of South Dakota and Canada. They held ground in northern Wisconsin where we treatied northern timber for eternal hunting and fishing rights here. In the 1970’s, 80’s and 90’s came the wardens of the DNR for harvesting guaranteed hunting and fishing rights issuing fines.
In the day March 5, 1970, we along with 190 other countries, enacted teh nuclear Non-proliferation Treaty. Iran signed July 1, 1968. China and France in 1992. North Korea withdrew in 2003.
Jan. 14, 1994 under Clinton we entered the Budapest Memorandum. Ukraine, after the split of the United Soviet Union possessed the third largest nuclear arsenal. Ukraine, Russia, the US and UK signed a treaty that if Ukraine would give up its nukes, all agreed to not use force or coercion against its sovernty. In 2014 Russia invaded its sovernty. In 2014 Russia invaded Crimea. Then again in 2022 Russia attacked Ukraine.
Iran ratified the Budapest Memorandum. Is a treaty worth the paper its written on?
In the day July 14, 2015 we along with most of EU countries, the UK, Russia, China and of course Iran entered into a new Non-Proliferation Treaty of which President Trump withdraw from in 2018.
As we can see, a treaty is not worth the paper it is written on. it was a perfectly good piece of paper until everybody scribbled on it.
The ballistics and the nuclear have been destroyed along with a punishing blow to the Regime. Little Brother, Isreal, is now in a position to defend himself. It’s time for Big Brother to come home. In three years a Treaty won’t mean anything anyway. In ten years we will get President Trump in a wheelchair and bring him back to the White House to do it over again. Best Treaty, the Bible!
Armed Forces Day is May 16 – thin of something good to honor our service members!

P.S. I am a Dodgeville resident, but an American First. The next President can be a Republican or a Democrat, just so long as he does a good job. They can be from Highland, Iowa-Grant, maybe even Mineral Point? Jesus: Love you neighbor, love your enemy.
