
Philip David Roberts went home to be with his Lord and Savior the evening of August 15, 2026.
On December 17,1948 he was born to Woodrow and Jemima (Eveland) Roberts. He was married on February 15, 1969 to Linda Creasey. Phil farmed all his life.
He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and trapping. Mostly he enjoyed hunting for rattlesnakes wherever he could find them. Linda and Phil enjoyed spending winters in Arizona. He also enjoyed sunsets.
He is survived by his wife, Linda of 57 years; a son, Fred (Shannon), their children, Austin and Kaylee; a daughter, Ericka (Shawn), their children, Ashlyn, Daphne and Raena; siblings, Stan (Nancy) Roberts, Steve (Bridget) Roberts; brother-in-law, Carl (Rose) Peterson; sister-in-law, Joan; brothers-in-law, Don Creasey, Roger Creasey, Bruce (Betty) Creasey as well as many nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Woodrow and Jemima; father-in-law, Perl Creasey; mother-in-law, Myra Creasey; brother, Woodrow Jr.; sister, Jean Peterson and a sister-in-law, Marcia Creasey.
Funeral services will be held Friday, August 28, 2026 at 11 a.m. at the Spring Green Community Church. Pastor George Schlief and Pastor Kendall Harger will co-officiate. Visitation will be held Thursday, August 27, 2026, at the church from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. and again Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
The family would like to thank St. Croix hospice for the care given to Phil this past month. Also Dr. Furakawa for his care and friendship. They also appreciated the visits from a dear friend Steve Harrington and other friends and family.
