Everyone is welcome to attend the Linden United Methodist Church Easter Sunrise Services on Sunday, April 5 at 7:30 a.m. Doughnuts, coffee and juice will be served following the services. Please note that there “will not” be a 10:30 am service.
On Saturday, the Kountry Kousins 4-H Club delivered Easter goodies in our Village. This group took the time to make a variety of cookies, tea biscuits, muffins and delicious chicken noodle soup. It was nice to see Ella and Carmen Parish with their dad, Matt when they stopped by my place. A big “thank you” to Bennett, Carmen, Easton, Ella, Mackenzie and Oliver for being so kind and thoughtful. Happy Easter to each of you and your leaders.
Sincere condolences to the family of Bob Manka who passed away on Monday, March 16, 2026 at the age of 72. Bob lived in Linden since 2002 with his wife, Gerri (Mellum). He worked for Hodan Community Services as Director of Facilities from 2003 until retiring in 2019. He than did seasonal work for Lake Joy. Visitation services were held on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at the Lulloff- Peterson-Houck Funeral Home in Dodgeville.

Village of Linden Brush Pick-Up will be the first Monday of each month, April-November. Limbs should be no longer than 6 feet in length.
Mark your calendars for the Village of Linden “Clean-Up” days to be held on Saturday, April 11 and April 18 from 8:00 a.m. until noon at the Village of Linden Shop. Entry is on Elizabeth Street. There may be a charge for some items. For any questions, please contact the Village office at 608-623-2800.
