General Federation of Women’s Club scholarship applications due April 1

The General Federation of Women’s Clubs-Wisconsin (GFWC- WI) is in the fight to end domestic, sexual, and intimate partner violence. To emphasize our dedication in tackling this societal issue, GFWC-WI, of which the Dodgeville chapter is a member, has developed the GFWC-WI Success For Survivors Scholarship 2026 which will be offered once a year for $1,000.00.

A scholarship will be awarded to help a survivor of domestic, sexual or intimate partner violence in obtaining a post-secondary education that will offer the person the chance to reshape their future by securing employment and gaining personal independence. We believe survivors deserve more and we know their lives can change with a little help from GFWC-WI.

A candidate must be enrolled or planning to enroll at an accredited public or private post-secondary school including community colleges, technical schools, and fouryear universities.

The application form along with complete information regarding the scholarship can be found on the GFWC-WI website at gfwcwi.org/scholarships. Applications are due by April 1, 2026 to Joyce Schaefer, Co-Chairman.
