Dodgeville’s 165-pound Division 2 State Wrestling Champion, Haakon Peterson, capped off a perfect four-year high school career with an incredible 174-0 record at Dodgeville High School. A four-time state champion, the only points he surrendered at the state tournament came on escapes he initiated while securing takedowns.
Haakon will continue his wrestling career at the University of Michigan, an NCAA Division | Big Ten program. He is the son of Bret and Dr. Jennifer Peterson.
