Dear Editor,
Donald Trump and his voters have very little in common unless they are wealthy. Trump avoided military service and has no idea what it’s like to be stuck on a ship for nine months. What’s more, he doesn’t give a damn about the people suffering from a lack of supplies and toilets because of his war. He doesn’t give a damn about the increasing cost of items at the grocery store, because he has never been in a grocery store. He doesn’t give a damn about the cost of diesel and gasoline, because he has never been to a gas station. He doesn’t give a damn about anything if it doesn’t negatively affect him. That’s why he falls asleep during meetings, because he’s bored. That’s why he is totally focused on redecorating Washington DC instead of negotiating with the Islamic Republic of Iran. He just got totally bored by starting a war which he couldn’t end. He spent his life being a bully who could get his way. Now he’s stuck … and so are all of us ordinary people.
