Carol Anderson
Carol L. Anderson, Cobb was one of five to receive the American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences (AAFCS) Lifetime Legacy Recognition during the annual conference. This recognition was introduced in 2026 and designed to recognize and celebrate AAFCS members whose sustained involvement has shaped AAFCS and the profession.
The organization said: "Carol is a dedicated and engaged professional. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to serving her profession through innovative and meaningful contributions. She is recognized as a knowledgeable, compassionate, and diligent leader who demonstrates genuine concern for colleagues and stakeholders."
