LINDEN – Elaine Mary Adametz, age 73, passed away peacefully on Monday July 20th, 2026.
Elaine was born on May 10th, 1953, in Dodgeville Wisconsin. She spent her younger years riding horses, playing softball, and traveling. Her greatest joy in life was the people she loved, especially her many nieces and nephews whom she had a special bond with and loved as her own. She will be remembered for her bright presence, her ability to bring laughter to every occasion, and her dedication to her loved ones. To be loved by her was to be loved big.
She is survived by siblings Kathy (Joe) Kruchten, Joe (Cheri) Adametz, Jerry (Sue) Adametz, Don (Jennifer) Adametz and Julie (Tom) Pustina; and many nieces and nephews, including great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Phyllis Adametz; brothers, Steve, John and David Adametz; sister-in-law, Juliet Adametz; and nephews, Josh Adametz and Jay Kruchten.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday, August 2, 2026 at the Soman-Larson Funeral Home in Montfort, WI, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and will be immediately followed by a memorial for family and close friends.
