Platteville won the team event at the SWC Conference Meet held Tuesday at the Reedsburg Country Club shooting a 325, thirteen strokes better than second place Lancaster who shot 338. Dodgeville placed third and River Valley fourth with scores of 343 and 363 respectively.
Platteville’s Cole Herbst was medalist firing an impressive one-under par 71 on the par-72 layout. His teammate Hudson Weittenhiller placed second shooting a 76. Lancaster’s Brady Mack was the only other golfer to shoot in the seventies with a 79.
Dodgeville was led by Connor Hottmann who shot 80. His teammate Nate Blalock shot 81. Dayne Moser led River Valley with an 86.

The WIAA Division 2 Regionals are up next. Dodgeville will be competing Tuesday, May26th at the Monroe Country Club. River Valley will be competing at the Portage Country Club.
