Upland Hills Health Flag Project
The Upland Hills Health Auxiliary is sponsoring their annual Flag Project to remember and honor our military service members who are currently serving, have served in the past, or have given their lives for our country. This is a perfect way to honor those who have protected and continue to protect our country and our freedom.
Last year, the display honored more than 250 service members, and the Auxiliary is hoping to honor even more this year.
Two types of recognition are available:
1. Display Recognition: A display in the hospital Main Entrance will include the service member’s name and branch of service, printed on a 8.5″ x 5.5″ card.
2. Fabric Flag and Display Recognition: A fabric flag with the honoree’s name attached to the flag stick will be displayed outside the front of the hospital. The service member will also be included in the inside display.
These displays will be placed on May 22, the Friday before Memorial Day, and will be present through Independence Day, July 4.
Please join in honoring our service members. The order form with more details is available at https://www.uplandhillshealth.org/events/honoring-service-memberspast-and-present/.
Order forms are also available at the Main Entrance desk at Upland Hills Health and are due May 6.
