Livingston – Londie Grothjan – 781-789-6286

Mid-April is upon us, and we are hoping that these spring showers will truly bring lovely May flowers.

Pam and John Conrad came from Greenville on Wednesday to pick their mother, Arlyne Place, up as they were having Easter that year. It was nice to see my grandson, Nick and his wife, as well as Morgan and Ben. His wife, Laini, is a nurse, so she was working 12-hour shifts and was unable to come. Also, John’s parents, brother, and family were there. Denny and Marcie Place were having Easter with their daughter, Whitney, in Green Bay, and they stopped and picked Arlyne up and brought her home Sunday afternoon.

IGEMS is partnered with CESA3 and the Cobb, Livingston, and Montfort Public Libraries for a 1000 Books Before Kindergarten Challenge roll-out. 30 children under 6, along with their older siblings and parents, joined us on Wednesday, April 8, from 5-7 p.m., in the IGEMS library for fun activities planned by Mrs. Jodi Bast and her team, as well as local public librarians. It was a wonderful time of connection for families, the IGEMS team, and local libraries. Thank you to everyone who worked hard to make the event go smoothly.

The Livingston Public Library invites families to attend its upcoming Storytime series, held on Thursdays at 10 a.m. Children can enjoy stories and activities themed around the season. All are welcome to join these fun and engaging mornings at the library.
