Dodgers turn back Highland

Mikayla Lathrop limited Highland to three hits as Dodgeville rolled to an 11-1 non-conference win Tuesday.

The freshman right hander struck out and walked five. She spaced three hits.

The lone Highland run gave them a 1-0 lead as Sumaryn Halverson scored on a dropped third strike after advancing on a hit by Faith Hoffman.

Lathrop was also the hitting star for the Dodgers with a pair of dou-

bles and a game ending home run. Kendra Brom had a pair of hits with a triple.

Addison Reilly had three singles in four trips and scored a run.

Bree Wunnicke had two hits for the Dodgers.
