Lenten Services for the week: April 2 Holy Thursday at Belmont Methodist at 6:00 – Good Friday April 3 at Rewey Community Church at 6:00 – Peniel Church Good Friday at 5:30 with fellowship following – Easter Sunday, April 5, worship at Rewey 8:30; Belmont Methodist at 10:00; Peniel 8:00 and 10:00. Everyone is welcome to any of the above services.
The annual Easter Egg Hunt will be on Easter Sunday, April 5 at noon at Rewey Community Park. The Easter Bunny has been invited to attend the fun. Please bring a bucket or bag for your candy. Rain date is April 12. Reminder to Rewey residents that there will be NO burnables or small metals taken at the treatment/sewer plant on April 4. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The summer-like weather had people thinking of Spring last Saturday. Will Tuesday, March 31 go out like a Lion or Lamb? The ewes should start lambing anytime here at Bunker Hill. Warm weather would be welcome by me for the lambs and the shepherds.
It was a great morning for our breakfast in Dickeyville at Millie’s on Saturday. Helping Amy celebrate her birthday and Lorna and Dave’s anniversary were: Linda, Lorna, Cheryl, Amy, Brenda, Cara, Reese and myself. Lots of fun and laughter, but no singing as we’d rather eat and talk than sing.
