The Iowa County Humane Society will hold its annual meeting April 20, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. at the ICHS Shelter Agenda: Approve the 2025 Annual Meeting Mintues, President Year in Review, Treasurer’s Report, Executive Director Highlights and what is coming for 2026, Committee Updates: Building and Grounds, Fundraising, Personnel.
There will be an election of New Board Member: Denny Marklein for a 3 year term and Lisa Cvengros for a 2 year term (no bylaw changes). Determination of the 2027 Nomination Committee and open comments from the members.
Anyone who has donated $30 or more in the last year is considered a member.
