Village lockdown ends peacefully with surrender, arrest
42-year-old Seth Jacob Venden of Highland, made his initial appearance Tuesday in Iowa County Court. Venden appeared in person, in custody, without an attorney. District Attorney Zachary Leigh in court for the State of Wisconsin.
