Ruff, Cynthia Ann

Cynthia Ann Ruff, affectionately known as Cindy to her friends and family, passed away peacefully surrounded by love and her closest friends on December 24, 2025, in her hometown of Dodgeville, Wisconsin. Born on June 28, 1946, to Sylvester and Avis Heeler, Cindy's life was a testament to her unwavering spirit and the joy she brought to those around her.
