Betty H. Elmer, 101 of Brodhead, passed away peacefully October 19 at Collinwood Memory Care. She was the daughter of. Ullrich and Elizabeth Strauss Huggler born on May 7, 1923 in Monroe, WI. She attended rural school in Beloit and later was employed at Parker Pen Janesville until her marriage.
