Carol Jean Rakow Stocks, age 83 of Highland, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2024, at Riverdale Health Care Center in Muscoda. She was born on December 17, 1940, in Dodgeville to James and Loretta (Johnson) Rakow. She graduated from Avoca High School in 1960. On September 22, 1977, she married Otto Stocks at Otter Creek Church.
