Cobb Splash Pad grand opening celebration

It was an amazing turn out at Scheper Park for the Cobb Splash Pad grand opening celebration Sunday. Goodie bags filled with items sponsored by local businesses were handed out to the first 100 children who attended. Attendees also had the chance to enjoy Jose’s Mexican Food Truck, Kona Ice-Shaved Ice Snow Cone Truck, Just Cheddar - Deep fried cheese curds and music by Doug Wayne. The photo above shows the splash pad in full use during the grand opening celebration.
