I would like to acknowledge and thank Gary and Susan Bay and their daughter Jenni Bay Kelly of White Rose Florist in Dodgeville. They have not only donated the beautiful hanging baskets (for years) in downtown Dodgeville, but Gary waters them every morning. These baskets of flowers create an environment that adds to our small town charm.
