Doescher, Shianne M.

Shianne M. Doescher, age 72 of Barneveld, lost her battle with cancer on Friday, January 9, 2026.

She was born January 16, 1953, in Richland Center, Wisconsin to Minor and Charlotte (Stocks) Anderson. Shianne was married to William (Bill) Doescher on September 9, 1972, at Otter Creek Church in Highland.

She was an avid race fan, and you could often find her in the stands on summer Friday nights cheering on her favorite car, #20. Shianne worked many years alongside Bill on the family farm and then many years at Lands’ End. Shianne enjoyed watching her grandchildren over the years participating in sports and she would sometimes make her own T-shirt to support them since they were often on rival teams.

Shianne was a simple woman, enjoying watching her birds. She loved bingo Sundays, and casino trips with her friends.

Shianne is survived by her four children; Leo (Rachel) Doescher of Hollandale, Sherri (Brett) Lawinger of Mineral Point, Jerry (Casie) Doescher of Hollandale, Jimmy (Jen) Doescher of Blanchardville. Thirteen grandchildren; Jordyn, Alyssa, Lucas, Macy, Dakota, Leyten, Reece, Trevor, Will, Leaha, Cayla, Callie and Braxton. Two great grandchildren; Amelia and Ayson. Her brother; Floyd (Vicki) Anderson, sister-in-laws; Sharon (Jim) Reisen, and Bonnie (Bill) Winkers.

Shianne was preceded in death by her husband; William (Bill) Doescher, twin daughters; Candy and Sandy, her parents, mother and father-in-law; Leo (Evelyn) Doescher and sister and brother-in-law; Barb (Arnold)Tomas, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Following Shianne’s wishes there will be a celebration of life on Sunday, January 18, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the HOLLANDALE AMERICAN LEGION HALL.

A private family burial will be held at a later date.

The family wishes to thank Upland Hills Hospice as well as the staff at Upland Hills NRC for their unwavering support these last few months.

In lieu of flowers, memorials will be donated to Shianne’s favorite organizations.
