Bishop clinic opens this month

Dr. Mark Bishop practiced medicine in Mineral Point and Dodgeville for 28 years. 

Then he left. 

“I looked at my years of treating humanity and asked how many things had I actually cured,” he said. “There are only a few things we ever cure in medicine. We just treat the symptoms.” 

Now he is back with a renewed mission for holistic healing at Doc Bishop’s Old School Clinic at 245 High St. in Mineral Point.

The root of many health problems is “what we believe in our hearts and minds. If you believe you are inferior or unworthy, you can make yourself sick. It’s a self-fulfilling prophecy,” he said...
