Let our rural voices be heard

Dear Editor,

People living in rural communities care about Democracy as much as people living in big cities.

On Saturday, October 18th in Dodgeville let our rural voices be heard! We will meet behind the Iowa County Courthouse parking lot at 10 am Rain or Shine. We will peacefully and joyfully march down Iowa Street to 105 W. Fountain Street to the City green space.

There we will hear from three terrific speakers and listen to three musical groups. Regardless of any party affiliation, it's important we protect our Constitutional Rights including the First Amendment which guarantees our right to free speech, free press and free and open assembly.

Please join your neighbors and friends on October 18th and let our rural voices be heard loud and clear!
