Readers may have heard the famous quote: “Let them eat cake”.

It is interesting to research the background for this quote to better understand what is happening these days.

Tofu is a very nutritious food made with soybeans. There are videos on the internet showing how to make home-made tofu with soybeans.

If you have a lot of surplus soybeans and thinking of dumping them, hold your horses, home-made tofu could feed a lot of people.
