Chinese diplomats discuss business and trade in Dodgeville

Chinese Consul General Wang Boadong and several representatives from the Consolate General of The People’s Republic of China in Chicago visited and toured throughout Iowa County on Thursday and Friday, Feb. 20-21.

Some places they toured were Governor Dodge State Park, Dodgeville Agri Service/Vita Plus, Ritchie’s in Cobb, Hennessey Motors, Governor Dodge State Park, The Dan Judd Dairy Farm and Model Dairy Farm.

The group plus invited guests finished their visit at the  Central Asian Productivity Research Center’s Annual Chinese New Year luncheon at  noon on Friday at Dodgeville’s Chinese restaurant (China One).

The, CAPRC,  a pioneer in China, has been involved in economic and academic development projects primarily with volunteer  U.S. University professors and other professionals....
