Highland board accepts resignation for second time

For Mary Kay McCarthy it is the second time around.

Ms. McCarthy had retired as a science teacher at Highland High School but instead of staying retired she consented to return when a replacement could not be found.  Now there is a replacement so she submitted her retirement letter for the second time.

And for the second time the school board has accepted it....
