New board members and staff, revised district calendar, and other Barneveld School Board news

The Barneveld School Board welcomed two new members on Wednesday at its regular monthly meeting.  Marlea Knox and Daniel Mickelson are the newly elected board members.  2,397 voted for three seats in the spring election.  Jaci Haack continues her service as a re-elected official.  In recognition, Superintendent Robyn Oberfoell thanked Tadd Owens and Amy Hugill for serving on the board since 2016.  

In recognition, the Board approved and thanked Middle School Social Studies Teacher Mark Ryan for his 30 years in the district and his dedication as a Barneveld teacher. Ryan is retiring at the end of the school year. The Board then approved the hiring of the new Middle School Social Studies Teacher, Tyler Kreklow.  There were 31 applicants and 7 interviews for this position...
