Van Matre, Janet (Culter)

Janet (Culter) Van Matre, age 80 of Stoughton, formerly of Dodgeville, passed away on Saturday 7, 2024. She was born on October 26, 1943, to Alice E. (Richardson) and LaVern S. Cutler in Dodgeville. She was married to Bruce Van Matre from 1961 until 1984.

She was proceeded in death by parents, brother Gerry Cutler, and sister-in-law Donna Cutler.

She is survived by her five children: Brad (Jill) Van Matre, Randy (Sheila) Van Matre, Vaughn (Kristin) Van Matre, Allison (Jeff) Yapp, and Michelle (Rob) Van Matre-Keis; 11 grandchildren: Easton, Eli, Elise, Ryan, Luke, Payden, Christian, Noah, Alexander, Jackson, and Blake; five great-grandchildren: Aiden, Nathan, Norah, Lennon, Mason. She is further survived by her brother Stan (Linda) Cutler, her sister Sharon (Don) Williams, and her sister-in-law Midge Cutler.
