Another Status Conference Set for Jaco

Shaun Jaco appeared in Iowa County Jail via Zoom from the Iowa County Jail and his attorney Nils Wyosnick also appeared via Zoom and asked Judge Matthew Allen for another Status Conference stating he still has no Discovery from the State.  Judge Allen set a new Status Conference date for the matter on Tuesday, November 19th at 10:30 a.m.

Jaco is charged with three felony counts, one count being 1st Degree Child Sex Assault by use or threat of force or violence with a person under the age of 16, one count of Strangulation and Suffocation, and one count of False Imprisonment.  The alleged charges happened at Jaco’s home in Mineral Point on July 26th...
