Flip it over

Dear Editor,

 So you have decided to vote in the August 13th election.   And you have decided to vote NO on the constitutional amendments because:

1. The language is unclear and confusing and  you don't want to vote for something you don't understand.

2. You want to keep the balance of power between the legislature and the governor.

3. You are worried that the legislature won't distribute federal disaster funds quickly in an emergency.

So you have your ballot and are ready to vote NO. But where are those amendments?  At the very end!  If you are using a paper ballot,  you need to flip it over to find the amendments.

Thank you for making the effort to vote and for voting NO.
