Conwell, Larry Gene

Larry Gene Conwell, aged 78, of Mineral Point passed away peacefully on January 2, 2024 at Mineral Point Health Services.  He was born on April 10, 1945 in Dodgeville, WI the son of Raymond and Gwendolyn (U'ren) Conwell.  He was a dedicated employee of the Mineral Point School District from September 1964 until his retirement in June 2007.

Larry is survived by his son Terry (Candice) Conwell; two grandchildren, Dillon Conwell and Dakota Conwell; great-grandson Cohen Conwell; and sister Sharon Cushman. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sisters Maxine Nelson and Connie Molman.

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 8, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the Gorgen Funeral Home in Mineral Point.  Burial will be in the Waldwick Cemetery.  A visitation will be held on Monday from 10:00 until 11:000 a.m. at the Gorgen Funeral Home.
