Weier, Vickie (Morgan)

Vickie (Morgan) Weier of Blue Mounds, affectionately known as "Mama B," passed away peacefully at home on December 10, 2024, surrounded by her family. She was born on September 10, 1955, to Arthur Jr. and Rosalie (Mollahan) Morgan and graduated from Southington High School in Southington, OH.

Vickie married Mark Weier on April 5, 1975. They made their home in Ohio before relocating to Ridgeway, WI, where they raised their daughters, Tonia Rose and Kathryn Elaine. Although they later divorced, Vickie cherished their relationship and remained good friends with Mark.

Vickie would later meet Ron Rindle, and they spent the next nineteen years together, sharing a deep bond of love and companionship.

Vickie had a special place in her heart for her daughters' friends, whom she lovingly referred to as her "kids." She dedicated many hours to driving them to ballgames, always being the loudest and most supportive fan in the bleachers. Vickie also opened her home to them, offering a warm place to stay, whether it was for a day or several weeks.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Gloria Rice, and brothers-in-law Phil Rice, Ron Kline, Paul Rumple, and nephews Timmy Rice, Justin Paul and Donald Morgan Jr.

Vickie is survived by her partner, Ron Rindle, and her daughters, Tonia (Jesse) Schult and Kathy (Kevin) Hineline, as well as Ron's daughter, Christine Rindle. Her legacy lives on through her cherished grandchildren: Preston and Haeden (Mariah) Phillips, Jaxson and Morgan Schult, Regan and Rowan Hineline, and Adallia Rindle. She was overjoyed by the births of her great-grandchildren, Rheese four years ago and Hudson this year. She is further survived by her siblings: Paula Kline, Bud (Bonnie) Morgan, Donald Morgan, Kathy Morrison, and Lisa Paul, along with many nieces, nephews, and friends who loved her dearly.

Vickie spent many years working at Lands' End and later bartending at local taverns, where she formed life-long friendships that she considered family. She was known for her stubbornness, but above all, her heart of gold. Vickie was a selfless person, always putting the needs of others above her own. Whether it was offering rides to appointments, providing a safe place to stay, or sharing her famous apple dumplings, she devoted much of her life to caring for those around her.

As a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, partner, sister, or friend, Vickie's love and support were unconditional. She touched many lives with her kindness, generosity, and fierce love.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Agrace Hospice for their compassionate care and support during Vickie's final months.

Per Vickie's wishes, no formal services will be held. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
