Yanochik Gets Prison Time on Drug, Bail Jumping, and Disorderly Conduct Charges


Based on the attorney's joint recommendation, Dustin P. Yanochik of Dodgeville pleaded guilty and will spend 3.5 years in prison for felony possession of Methamphetamine (18 months in prison, 24 months extended supervision) and 12 months in jail for felony bail jumping imposed/stayed, and three years on probation.  Both sentences will run concurrently.  

He also pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor count of Disorderly Conduct and was sentenced to local jail for 90 days. He also pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor count of Criminal Damage to Property.  He was ordered to pay restitution along with two years of probation as the Department of Corrections recommends.  He must also pay court costs....
