Volunteers are the heart

Dear Editor,

The mission of the Community Connections Free Clinic (“CCFC”) is to provide basic health care for those who cannot afford, or access, medical services in Iowa County and the surrounding areas.  There is nothing more important than maintaining your health.  

This cannot happen without access to health care professionals.  CCFC is a resource available to all people in Dodgeville and the surrounding areas.  Anyone can make an appointment at CCFC and be seen by a healthcare professional, without charge. CCFC employs only three people; everyone else associated with the clinic is a volunteer.  CCFC’s volunteers are the heart of the organization, and we need more!

The clinic needs volunteer doctors, nurses, interpreters, and receptionists.  Shifts can be weekly, monthly, or on-call.  If you can spend a few hours a month helping others in a truly rewarding and fun environment, please contact the clinic!  Info@ccfcwi.org, (608) 930-2232, www.ccfcwi.org [1]
