Cindy Robinson

Cindy Robinson (Buskee), age 67 of Dodgeville, peacefully passed away on Monday, November 27, 2023, at St. Agnes Hospital, Fond du Lac.  

Cindy was born at home on September 14, 1956, in Mifflin, WI, the only child of John and Eileen Buskee. Cindy was a bright child who continued learning and educating herself throughout her life. Cindy met the love of her life, Daniel Robinson, through mutual friends and some of her own ingenuity. She was never one to back down from going after what she wanted in life. The pair married in April 1985. 

Shortly after their marriage, they moved to Germany. While there, Cindy enjoyed traveling and shopping at the local markets—especially during Christmas. In 1989, Dan ended up being stationed in Texas. Cindy brought back more than just memories from her time in Germany, she also brought back her cat, Killer. Cindy adopted her second cat, Princess, and enjoyed helping her friends and shopping. In 1993, the pair moved back to Wisconsin, and Cindy began working at Land's End and Walnut Hollow. Cindy retired from work in 2004.  

Cindy had a huge heart, especially for animals. She loved music, was a jewelry enthusiast, and was an avid Minnesota Vikings fan.  

Cindy was preceded in death by her parents.  

Cindy is survived by her husband, Dan; good friend, Jan Gutherz; as well as cousins and other friends.
