Panthers defeated by Cuba City

The Iowa-Grant volleyball team played at Cuba City Tuesday night in a SWAL match.
The Panthers were no match for the Cubans.
Cuba City won the first set by a score of 25-10.
The Cubans would then win the second set by a score of 25-14.
They went on to take the third set by a final score of 25-5.
With the loss, Iowa-Grant moved to 0-16 overall and 0-11 in the SWAL.
Junior Bentley Cutts led the team with four kills.
Cutts also had two blocks and an ace to lead the Panthers.
Sophomore Lakyn Holman and junior Elyse Linscheid each had four assists.
Another sophomore talent, Amiah Fisher, led with nine digs.
The Panthers hope to get their first win of the season when they host the Darlington Redbirds this Thursday in the regular season finale at 7:15 p.m.
Iowa-Grant was issued the #14 seed in the WIAA Division 3 State Tournament and will travel to #3 River Ridge Tuesday in a Regional Quarterfinal.
