Dodgers, RV volleyball teams will decide fate tonight

The top spot in the SWC volleyball race comes down to tonight when Dodgeville plays host to Platteville and River Valley travels to Richland Center putting their 9-1 records to the test.
If both win they share the Conference title. If one or the other loses the conference crown will be worn by the winner.
Neither team has a cake walk. Platteville is a dangerous team and sports a 4-4 conference record. Richland Center, the only team to beat Dodgeville, is 6-3.
Dodgeville proved they are operating at top speed with an impressive sweep of a scrappy Prairie du Chien team that tipped River Valley last week. Scores were 25-14, 25-7 and 25-15.
Marley Busch and Olivia Forsyth led the net play with nine and eight kills. Busch added two blocks and was joined in that total by Lilly  Wiegel.
Ava Garthwaite dished out 19 assists and Busch added 12.
Olivia Forsyth and Rylee Forsyth both had 11 digs and Vanessa James had 10.
McKenzie Forde led the visitors with seven kills.
Mia Dahl, Ashlen Knapp and Lindsey Knoblach had a pair of blocks each. Knapp also had 14 assists.
Madison Baumgartner had two aces and Greer Krahn had seven digs.
