Adult Day Services, Care Management, CBRFs (Assisted Living),Home health Agencies, Home Care / Non-Medical, Home Medical Equipment, Hospice Services, Hospitals, RCACs /Assisted Living), Senior Housing, Skilled Nursing Facilities"
Is now available from the ADRC in the Iowa County Health and Services Building.
In addition to names, addresses, phone numbers and websites it includes things like member of beds and whether they take Medicare or Medicaid.
Also seek the help of a HEALTH CARE ADVOCATE.
This is a place to start.
(Even though the county is legally required to place patients appropriately when they close judging by my reading of the newspaper accounts the information provided by county officials is of limited value.
