The Dodgeville boys basketball team attacked all three areas Lancaster tried to defend and the Flying Arrows had little success stoping the assault on any of them.
The outside-that was the area that Matthew Pittz commanded with his three point stroke. The junior guard finished with 12 points.
The middle-senior Dillon Garthwaite drove into the lane often enough to own that area. He either scored or drew a foul and was six for seven from the free throw line. He finished with 18 points.
The low post-junior Chandler Batchelor used his seven foot frame to bat away shots and take a few lobs from his teammates for easy scores. He had 19 points, nine the first half and 10 the second, making his shots while the shorter Arrows were trying to reach up and stop him to no avail.
"It was nice to have three players in double figures," said Dodgeville coach Matt McGraw.
The Dodgers broke away from the Arrows midway through the first half and had a 48-28 halftime lead. They did not let up the second half even when McGraw sent in different combinations with all 15 players seeing action.
"We played solid team basketball and a lot of people contributed," McGraw said. "We were able to play 15 guys tonight and everyone had good minutes all the way down the line."
DJ Kelley led Lancaster with 19 with Ian Klaas adding 12.
