Is this becoming Russia?

Dear Editor;
You can not shut the doors of the Iowa County Home without putting it in the paper for two weeks. You can not shut down the home without 7 to 8 meetings of the people in Iowa County. You do and you can be fined a lot of money and you are in a lot of trouble in more ways than you can count on.
You have to ask the people to say yes or no to it. And why not pay the workers more? Or why have a jail put up and you did the same with the jail. You just said no jail and you could not do that but you did. I think everyone that said yes to shutting the doors should pay out of your money for what you did. It is not right to vote on it with just the board. No way! Maybe we should put each one in the jail for doing what you did because you did not do it by the law. No way! So who would like to go to jail from the Iowa County Board first?
You can not shut down or build anything without asking the people in Iowa County or any place else or is this becoming Russia? You on the board should pay for what you are up to and it should be paid to the home. And put the farm back so we can get the money off of it to pay to keep the home open. And if a new one is needed, fine, but the board that would like the home to shut can pay to have a new home with your money or get off the board.
You will have more letters from me.
P.S. I worked there in 1969.
