Dear Editor:
I am writing in response to Ms. Lynch's April 15th letter disparaging Senator Baldwin's job performance. Within the past five years, I've encountered three problems with the federal government. Twice with the USDA and once with the Internal Revenue service. Every time I contacted the Senator's office her staff took the time to listen to my concern, asked pointed questions and then went to bat for me. I am completely satisfied with Senator Baldwin's job performance.
