Dear Editor;
For the past 15 years I have had the privilege of driving the Dodgeville and Dodgeville/Mineral Point boys and girls soccer teams to out of town matches. As one of the more successful high school sports teams, I have always been impressed by their dedication to the sport and to their schools. These student athletes are often leaders in their respective schools and are generally very good students, despite a demanding sport and multiple number of matches each week during their respective seasons.
I thank the parents for their unfailing support and the appreciation they express to me for being the "grandfather" who gets them to and from their matches.
