It is disturbing that we still have over 40% of those eligible to receive the COVID vaccine still choosing to not get it.
We agree that personal choice is a right but when COVID cases are up in ALL states in the nation it may be more of a necessity than people realize.
The "I will never get it" idea is becoming not a good one. The new strain is here and it is more highly contagious than before.
Those vaccinated are protected against hospitalization and death which should make the decision easier. With the new strain there is not herd immunity.
So give your decision some real thought. It is important to those who care about you that you are protected.
Let's not let the delta variant become the new pandemic.
Make the right decision.
