Dear Editor:
I have two things on my mind this morning.
First, I want to thank Walmart, Kroger/Piggly Wiggly, Farm and Fleet, and the many Dodgeville businesses that have shown us wearing a face mask in a pandemic doesn't hurt. Nor does it make you a Democrat or a Republican. It just makes you safer, and generally out of groceries.
Second, I am struck by the "Protest v/s Law & Order" disconnect in our country. No American wants less law and order/more violence. It's your definition of law and order that tips the balance. Consider the protests in Belarus over the reign of their despot president Alexander Lukashenko. He's asking Vladimir Putin for Russian troops to help reestablish....(wait for it)...."law and order."
