Dear Editor:
It appears some folks actually think being born outside Wisconsin's borders somehow disqualifies a candidate from representing the 51st Assembly District. This despite the fact that Kriss Marion has developed deep roots in SW Wisconsin, gaining first-hand understanding of the district's strengths, weaknesses, and needs-at the ground (and water) level! Failing thus far to identify any substantive flaws in her qualifications, I await other efforts to disparage Kriss's fitness to serve-by challenging her birth certificate, perhaps?
