Every life matters

Dear Editor:
No one has the right to take a life and leave a family emotionally battered.
In my opinion anyone and everyone's life matters.
We all have a right to follow our hopes and dreams and not have them shattered.
I hope to see the day when we're all treated as equals.
America has a long way to go.
Many times it seems like life keeps repeating itself like so many movie sequels.
Red, yellow, black, and white are all precious in Jesus' sight, this I know.
What need to be done seems clear.
Now we need to keep the momentum moving forward.
To someone we are all loved and dear.
With all the protests, hopefully the attention of lawmakers will be caught and together an equal future we will move toward.
