HHS Building is energy efficient
I'm so happy to hear that the Health and Human Services Building now has solar panels! I'm grateful to the Iowa County Board for making commitments to be more environmentally sustainable since 2009. It took foresight and dedication to bring us to this point; and to know that to be an Energy Independent Community is very much a budgetary priority for Iowa County gives me a great deal of hope.
Considering the enormous savings in energy costs the panels will bring, it would be wise to plan on a sustainable design for the desperately needed new Dodgeville library.
I'm proud to live in this beautiful, vibrant, caring, forward-looking county. Thanks to everyone who makes it what it is!
